We have introduced a refined process flow on our revamped website, which offers brokers useful tips and information on submitting business.
The first step in the process is to register for a broker account with Pepper Money. You can do this by clicking 'register' at the top of this page.
Once registration is complete, you are now able to submit your decision in principle to us. Products that are suitable to your criteria will be displayed on submission.
We will give you a call once we have reviewed your application. This can often help cover off any initial questions we may have and reduce the number of application requirements.
Make sure you upload all decision-making documents at the point the FMA is submitted.
It is at this point in the process that you can control which instruction takes place.
We always speak with the applicant prior to issuing an offer to them.
This is the point where you read and sign the offer document, and then contact your solicitor to progress to the next steps.
Once your application is approved and an offer is issued, from here your application is closed as complete
To offer more choice you can either use a member of our conveyancing panel or if your applicant has a specific solicitor they wish to use they can take the separate representation route.
If your client has their own solicitor they would like to use, we will select a solicitor that will work on behalf of Pepper Money.
