At Pepper Money we do not charge any fees before the application stage. We would not approach you directly in this way. Your broker will be able to tell you what fees and charges the product you’re applying for has, and when they will be charged. If you think you have been a victim of such a scam, please contact your bank immediately and report it to action fraud.

Before submitting a request for a Product Transfer, I confirm that I have read and met the following criteria for a Product Transfer:

  • I have an active First Charge Pepper Money mortgage
  • I am not currently in arrears with my Pepper Money mortgage
  • I have not missed a payment on my Pepper Money mortgage in the past 12 months
  • I have more than 2 years and 1 month remaining on my Pepper Money mortgage term
  • My mortgage's initial rate term will expire in the next 3 months or has already expired
  • I do not currently have any temporary forebearance or loan modifications, such as a change to Interest Only, on my mortgage
  • I understand that Pepper Money will use the valuation conducted by our surveyor at the start of this mortgage contract, Pepper Money will not revalue the Security for the purposes of this Product Transfer
