The Pepper Academy will support brokers by providing training on the most effective ways to package and submit second charge mortgage applications, to help brokers to benefit from smoother processing and ultimately improve customer outcomes.
The training programme, which covers Income requirements, calculating utility costs, and interpreting bank statements has been put into effect on a trial at Fluent Money.
