Ryan Brailsford
Business Development Director
With 20 years’ experience in financial services, predominantly in specialist lending, Ryan is passionate about helping intermediaries place those cases which are underserved by mainstream lenders. Heading up our field and telephone based sales teams, Ryan works both internally and externally with our key relationship.
Rob Barnard
Intermediary Relationship Director
Rob Barnard has 30 years of knowledge and experience navigating successfully through the twists and turns of the UK Mortgage market. Rob has developed and executed sales and marketing strategies throughout his career to drive growth and maximise retention.
Dianne Corner
National Sales Manager
Dianne (Di) joined Pepper Money in 2022 and looks after the day to day running of the Sales Team. Her biggest passion at work is coaching and developing the team, and outside of work, you'll find her on the golf course, a ski slope or a sun lounger.
Brad Rhodes
National Key Accounts Manager

Mark Shelper
National Key Accounts Manager
Mark Shelper had previously worked at Pepper Money as a Regional Development Manager between 2016 and 2021, before joining SortRefer and then Tandem Bank where he became National Account Manager. He has more than two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, having previously held roles at GMAC-RFC, Bristol & West and Aldermore Bank, as well as working as a broker.
