Ryan brings more than 30 years’ of financial services experience, 23 of which have been in the second charge broking sector, where he has held various senior management roles. Ryan is responsible for driving growth across our business and yours.

Luke worked for a specialist finance broker before joining Pepper in 2022. During his time at Pepper he has worked as a Broker Account Manager and Regional Broker Account Manager supporting our northern brokers in the field to package applications. As Business Development Manager, he supports brokers to grow their business.
