Alex has worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and worked as an Underwriter for 4 mortgage lenders, including Pepper, who he joined in 2022. This experience places Alex in the perfect position to help resolve those complex mortgage cases. Alex loves fitness, astronomy and colourful credit reports in equal measures.

With 20 years in financial services, 12 of which in the intermediary mortgage market, all within specialist lending, Steve is passionate about customers who are underserved by mainstream lending. He works tirelessly to deliver solutions for brokers, delivering timely responses and delivering good outcomes. When not at work, there is no let up, Steve's family of three children keep his on his toes or if he ever does get some time to himself, he'll be planning and training for his next Tough Mudder.

Paul Adams
Sales Director
Leading the sales & distribution teams, Paul enjoys close external relationships and adapting feedback and ideas into solutions for customers & brokers, always pushing to help those underserved elsewhere. In his spare time, Paul is a keen self-taught guitarist and a secret Taylor Swift fan!
Ryan Brailsford
Business Development Director
With 25 years in the intermediary mortgage market, predominantly in specialist lending, Ryan is passionate about customers who are underserved by mainstream lending and works tirelessly externally and internally to develop Pepper’s proposition to offer solutions in this area. When not at work, Ryan can usually be found off-roading in The Lake District or relaxing round a pool with a cold lemonade!
Rob Barnard
Intermediary Relationship Director
Rob's been in the industry for well over 30 years now, but shows no signs of slowing down. In his second spell at Pepper he leads the relationships with all our key distribution partners and you'll often see him around the country presenting at many industry events. Outside of work, he's a season ticket holder at Macclesfield FC, grows big vegetables and can be often seen each dressed as the Dame in Panto -"Oh yes he can"
Dianne Corner
National Sales Manager
Dianne (Di) joined Pepper Money in 2022 and looks after the day to day running of the Sales Team. Her biggest passion in work is coaching and developing the team, and outside of work you'll find her on the golf course, a ski slope or a sun lounger.
Brad Rhodes
National Key Accounts Manager
Brad has worked in mortgages for over 15 years. He has looked after Networks and Clubs for 8 and a half years, with nearly 4 of those at Pepper Money. Brad loves to socialise and loves telling people how he doesn't eat gluten. When not talking to brokers or industry "folk", Brad can be found on a golf course losing balls or watching his favourite team: Manchester United.
Mark Shelper
National Key Accounts Manager
Mark is currently enjoying his 2nd spell at Pepper Money, now as a National Account Manager, after originally joining in 2016. Mark has worked in the mortgage industry since 1999 and has long term experience in the Specialist Lending market. Outside of work Mark spends his time with his 2 daughters and loves a Sunday watching F1 or MotoGP.
