Pepper Money, the leading specialist mortgage lender, has reduced rates across its Residential and Buy to Let ranges, giving brokers more competitive options to support customers whose circumstances may require a more flexible approach than the high street can offer.

The latest changes include lower rates across Pepper Money’s Buy to Let range for both personal and limited company landlords, as well as reductions across Residential two-year fixed products up to 75% LTV. Selected five-year fixed products have also been updated, providing brokers with greater choice across the lender’s specialist mortgage range.

Alongside the pricing changes, Pepper Money has launched a new Limited Edition remortgage-only range, available across their Residential range on two-year fixed rates. The range features no application fee, a free valuation across all product tiers, and a completion fee of £1,995.

The enhancements come at a time when many borrowers continue to face affordability pressures and are looking for more suitable mortgage solutions. By improving pricing across its Residential and Buy to Let ranges, Pepper Money is helping brokers support a wider range of customers, including those with complex income, lower credit scores or recent credit challenges.

Paul Adams, Sales Director at Pepper Money, said:

We know affordability remains a key challenge for many customers, and brokers need lenders who can offer flexibility when circumstances don’t fit the high street mould. That’s why we’re continuing to enhance our range with more competitive pricing and greater choice across both Residential and Buy to Let.”

“Following recent reductions to our two-year fixed rates, we’ve seen strong demand from brokers looking to support customers who need a more tailored approach. With UK Finance estimating that around 1.8 million fixed-rate mortgages will mature this year, we’re also launching our new Limited Edition remortgage range to help brokers support even more customers as they come to the end of their deal.”

“Whether it’s a customer with a complex income, previous credit challenges or simply a need for greater flexibility, our focus remains the same: giving brokers more opportunities to help more people achieve their goals.”
